Cancellation

| 3–7 days before | 50% of rental fee forfeited |
| Less than 3 days | 100% of rental fee forfeited |
Rescheduling
- One reschedule allowed per booking
- Request at least 72 hours before your session
- Subject to availability
Studio Use
- Equipment, furniture & props require prior approval
- Water only — no food or other drinks
- No smoking on the premises
All reservations are subject to the policies of Studio 128. Studio 128 reserves the right to revoke or cancel any reservation if the intended use falls outside the studio’s permitted purposes or if any violation of Studio 128’s policies, rules, or regulations is found.
